Position: Webmaster
Location: Mount Lebanon, Contract based with fixed hours (equivalent to full-time), Online/Remote

Salary: Salary will be performance-based, linked directly to KPI achievement.

 

New Health Concept (NHC) is looking for a skilled Webmaster to manage and grow our digital platforms, including our peer-reviewed journal Panorama of Emergency Medicine (POEM).

 

💻 What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and update NHC & POEM websites

  • Ensure performance, security, and usability

  • Manage hosting, domains, and CMS (WordPress; OJS a plus)

  • Support indexing/archiving integrations

  • Enhance visibility through SEO & analytics

 

📊 Minimum KPIs:

  • Ensure >99% website uptime and fast loading speed

  • Publish and update content on schedule with zero errors

  • Improve site SEO ranking and traffic growth (monthly reports required)

  • Maintain security (no major breaches, regular backups)

  • Provide timely technical support (response within 24h for critical issues)

 

✅ What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Webmaster/Web Developer

  • Strong CMS (WordPress) & HTML/CSS skills

  • SEO and Google Analytics knowledge

  • Independent, detail-oriented, problem solver

  • OJS/academic publishing experience is a plus!

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
